Kids Hub sells children’s clothing, footwear, school bags, and accessories.
All products listed on our website are guaranteed to be authentic and currently available in Lebanon.
We also offer pre-ordering from international stores. Availability is subject to stock and processing time.

SECTION 4 – SHIPPING

We ship both locally and internationally.
Customers are responsible for verifying import restrictions and customs fees in their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

SECTION 5 – MODIFICATIONS TO PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

We reserve the right to update, change or discontinue any product or service without notice. Prices are subject to change at any time.
We are not liable for any such changes, suspensions, or discontinuation.

SECTION 6 – “TRY BEFORE YOU BUY” SERVICE

We offer a “Try Before You Buy” option where you may request multiple items for delivery and try them before purchasing.

  • Only the selected items must be paid for.

  • Double delivery fees apply.

  • All unpurchased items must be returned on the spot and in original condition.

SECTION 7 – RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We allow exchanges within 30 days.
Refunds are not provided, but you may exchange your item for anything else of your choice, as long as it is unused, in original condition with tags attached.

SECTION 8 – ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide accurate purchase and account information.
We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order that appears suspicious or made by resellers.

We may provide access to optional third-party tools or links. Use of such tools is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any third-party services or websites.
